Man Mo Dim Sum, Sheung Wan

We’ve been to have dinner at Man Mo Dim Sum in February when L.’s parents were in Hong Kong. The restaurant is well known for its fusion cuisine of dim sum and French ingredients. We took a mix of everything including the famous brie and truffle, tomato mozzarella, goat cheese and spinach dim sum and the foie gras Xiao Long Bao.

The decoration of the restaurant is very trendy and the staff is very nice. The location in the quiet Lascar Row makes it even nicer as you can have a drink outside when the weather permits or when the restaurant organises its special Rose/Dim Sun night parties with a DJ.

We had the chance to show L’s parents the impressive Hong Kong scaffoldings in bamboo on a massive building when we went out and there were also many people in the Man Mo Temple nearby which were there for a particular celebration. What a local taste on this night!
